Bad customer service, poor attitude. The manager here is so rude to me. They have auto recurring annual fee that I was not authorized, and they won’t issue a refund. Their manager gave me an attitude when I asked for a refund, said: why should I give you a refund if I know you won’t be back to our gym. I run business as well, these things are refundable and if you were to run business ethically, you don’t charge people for services that they haven’t used.
