I visited the gym yesterday for a workout and had a great first impression. The front desk staff and sales team member who assisted me were friendly and personable, which made for a welcoming experience. I used to frequent this location when it operated as a 24 Hour Fitness. I would like to report an unpleasant experience at the reception. Saidy repeatedly asked me to scan the code without providing any valid explanation, and her attitude was very rude and unprofessional. At the same time, I would like to sincerely thank the young man, a staff member of the club, who demonstrated courtesy and professionalism. Despite the situation, he did his best to remain polite and respectful, which I greatly appreciate.
