The ceiling in the group fitness room is growing mold. It’s disgusting to see. Hopefully the corporate office or management will fix this issue.
Front desk employees are clueless and most of the time try to avoid looking at you. There is a nice young man who did help us and kudos to him! I watched while two large men who had just worked out dripping in sweat (never showered off) jump in the hot tub flip flops and all. GROSS! Not one employee monitors the pool area . We reported the sweaty men jumping in the hot tub and all the two front desk employees did was snicker. The equipment is not wiped down properly after closing. They dubiously debited my card twice after I gave them a written notice from a physician according to their requirements. Beware!!! It happened to me and can happen to anyone.
ESPORTA fitness will debit your card even if you cancel the membership for one on one personal training. They are heartless and have no respect for your health whatsoever.
Def not a scammer. I gave them the real paper. Never uploaded anything. I don’t know how you sit here and make fake reviews about someone when you got a huge deal and even the operations manager approved every detail. You kept me on the phone for a hour haggling and trying to squeeze every penny. What I went through would never 👎 be allowed in any workplace. The Sales Manager in the Pompano Beach location, she would have been fired, in any other workplace, I don’t believe it’s about her “ revenue generating abilities “ I have my own opinion on why she is allowed to commit illegal activities in the workplace.. you dont fire and rehire someone for what she” allegedly “ did, they will never 👎 give up her personal file even with a subpoena. I let it be known that I was strictly joining for the pool, for serious health issues. Now the pool is closed indefinitely. I don't think a full refund is unreasonable. I'm on SSI, disabled and pay out of pocket. $90.00 to me is everything, to a big business, not so much. Yet, you denied me
This place is huge so I had to come and check it out. They have everything from volleyball, racquetball, basketball, a swimming pool and hot tub, and a whole lot more! I started with the group Personal Training as soon as I joined...and - within 7 months, I was already seeing a difference in my endurance and physical self from when I first started and I've lost 20 pounds so far.
