After being with Bally’s gym back in the day of the early 90’s watching the transition to LA Fitness, it’s alarming to me the customer service or lack there of at the front desk entry point on Lake Ave. I called in to speak to Ian who has always gone above and beyond but he is an upper management level employee-getting to him by phone with “Iesha” employee was disgraceful. Lots of machines and friendly staff!
Small gym, great sauna but the locker room smelled like sewage.
