I’ve been a member of this gym for several years and have always loved coming here. However, I’ve recently noticed the cleanliness has gone downhill. The women’s restroom has been out of toilet paper multiple times during my visits, and the sinks don’t drain properly—which suggests some plumbing maintenance issues. The return air grilles are also covered in dust, which is pretty concerning for an indoor fitness environment. Fred was very rude and unprofessional. His interaction with some trainers of the was horrible. I feel sorry for the people who have to work with him.
