Very friendly.
Edit: Facility is nice, machines are good (matrix and hoist) and it gets the job done, for the most part. Only problem I struggle with is the lack of lighter dumbbells from 5-25lbs.I’ve tried times between 9-11am, 1-2, and 4-5. It doesn’t seem to matter what time I show up. You have to run around the gym and hope you find the dumbbell weight, or something close enough to accommodate your lift. I’ve attached several pictures from different times of the day to show the lack of dumbbells.
The personal trainer is sooooo pushy and aggressive to sell you plans, he took one hour of my time just yapping about like brother IM GOOD. I had no choice but to leave and be rude, please know some boundaries.
Great gym..I've been working out here for over a year, almost daily. A lot of friendly regulars attend this gym. Very little staff turnover as well. the facilities are clean, bright, and do not smell. equipment is new and well maintained. They have all common amenities needed for weight lifting or cardio work. they go a good job catering to elderly and lower mobility people with classes in their fitness room and swimming pool. Basketball court is a nice bonus feature and is popular as well
