I had a really disappointing experience at this LA Fitness location on Gessner and Kempwood. I went in to pay my overdue balance after they spent the entire day calling me while I was at work. Every time I answered, they would either hang up, put me on hold, or call right back and do the same thing again. It was frustrating and completely unprofessional. They make so many ridiculous rules it’s getting tiring. I pay $50+ 2x a month for membership if I want to invite my 2 guest to play basketball I can. Whole reason I got it. Thinking on canceling. Next thing you known they take the whole court away. Already a lackadaisical gym as is. Feels like they are robbing me. BUT THEY’RE QUICK TO TELL YOU YOU HAVENT PAID YOUR MEMBERSHIP. (they are trying to hide certain reviews)
Top-notch facility from top to bottom. Always clean, incredibly professional and welcoming staff, and a great orientation process for new members to get comfortable with the equipment. Management is doing an outstanding job here!
