English I had a very unpleasant experience in the daycare area of this gym, and I feel responsible for sharing it, especially for other parents. When I went to pick up my son, I witnessed one of the staff members grabbing him by the head and forcefully turning it to make him look at the TV while scolding him. I've started going to other LA fitness locations just to see, mostly because the sauna was out here for a little while. And this is still my favorite location. Friendly staff. Almost always clean. Sometimes a bit warmer than id like it but no major complaints.
