I joined LA Fitness at the Garland location this past July, and I am beyond frustrated with my experience. The staff here is extremely rude—they don’t even bother to say good morning. The location itself is convenient and the equipment is decent, but now I understand why it’s always so empty: the place feels abandoned and dirty. Showers are constantly out of paper towels, soap, and sometimes even water. LA fitness I’ve been putting off this review Just because of lack of time. But I have to thank …LA fitness, for so many things .. their customer service .. the clubs and the people their staff. Very nice facilities. Machines are well kept and clean. Good people that are generally quiet/helpful.

Visited from my LA Fitness in Duncanville to Grand Prarie because I wanted to experience another local gym and use their sauna because mine had theirs waiting to be serviced. They have less equipment than mine and people are not as friendly. Asian is so hot I could not stand being in there more than 5 minutes at a time. I ended up getting pimples on my ass and back because they keep it so hot in there, my watch burned me and my crocs shrunk.
