2-5-25. THIS GYM NEVER HAS CLEANING WIPES. NEVER!!!!!! THE SOAP IN THE RESTROOMS ARE FILLED WITH JUST WATER AND LEFT OVER SOAP THAT SMELLS LIKE MOLD/VOMET.. SICK that's we're our $40 a month gets you. Unclean gym... careless staff... =( 8-19. Still no cleaning Wipes SMH. And when u ask they blame the shipment.. I've never had any issues at OTHER LA FITNESS LOCATIONS......
I have been a member of LA fitness fir around 3 years and I have use several facilities like Pico Rivera, Downey, East Pasadena, Hollywood etc. In the swimming pool area there is not any sign wich indicate the people that they Must to take a shower before entering the swimming pool and spa. It is disgusting how people sweting from the gym area or from the street come and get into the pool and spa without getting a shower. My membership card has expired. I want to use the bathroom with the kids, but I am rejected by the woman at the front desk. It's so impersonal. I used to be a long-time member of this gym!
