Manager attitude 👎🏻over smart ruining name of LA fitness
Service was great, THANK YOU SUSAN, you're the best 👌
They charged my account for two annual fees and failed to honor the fact that I had already paid for the first and last months. Jorge changed my membership "to lower the cost," but that change resulted in me being charged for the first and last months all over again; I haven't received a solution. I already cancelled my membership, yet today they charged me another $50. They aren't offering a real solution—they just say they'd give me "2 months free," but it wouldn't actually be free since I’ve already paid.
I genuinely enjoy coming to LA Fitness! The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are always friendly, and there’s a great selection of equipment. I especially love having access to the swimming pool ,it’s such a nice way to relax after a workout. Overall, it feels like a place I’m happy to come back to!
