LA Fitness – Worst Customer Service Experience I've been complaining about the broken air conditioning in the women's room (private room for women)for over four months now. I go to the gym three times a week, and I’ve raised this issue multiple times >in past 4 months with the staff at the front desk. Gym is well equipped and bit of waiting for using the machines between 5 pm to 7 pm due to the crowd. I give 1 star because this facility need to replace the cleaner , he keeps bugging everyone instead to do his job ..... people are paying to exercise at this facility, just get a better cleaner .
This gym has been a large part of helping me undergo a huge life transformation in 2025. I couldn't be more grateful for their staff, the facilities and the clean environment that has allowed me to overcome one of my biggest fears. From the first minute I walked in the doors in August of 2024 I was dealt with professionally by every staff member. Amazing experience. They have a large gym, a Sauna , and lane swimming. A lot of variety for equipment as well. Would recommend if you want to go to a top tier gym.
