LA fitness Milton has well maintaned gym with almost every equipment Suana and showers n washrooms are ok and not very well kept. 4:30 PM to 8:30 gym is crazy busy, longer wait times on almost every equipment. I havent tried the early morning hours. Overall I have got used to this gym 5 min drive from my house. Excellent value for the money.

Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was unprofessional and frustrating. One of the staff members, BANI, had a very bad attitude when I tried to address my concerns. Instead of trying to help or resolve the situation professionally, she actually told me to go get a membership somewhere else. I will recommend getting rid of that worker if you really wants people coming in.
Wish i can give them 0 star, very rude and unprofessional behaviour by Bani towards their customers, she literally don’t know how to talk to customer and today she disturbs my mental peace. Cancelling my membership
