I canceled my membership after only two months because I was very disappointed with my experience. I paid for personal training, but my trainer kept promising to send me my workout plans and never did. I reminded him for almost two months and only received one workout. Do not go to this gym Michael R the Club manager is extremely rude. He sent me multiple spam messages after I told him to stop he got super hostile and began going off on me and proceeded to Drop my full legal government name. All your information and data is available to him and you need to be careful because if he’s dropping customers full legal government names who knows what other shady activities he’s doing with people’s information.
Smells in the changing room and in sauna, but otherwise it’s a an okay place
The repeated promises about the sauna reopening have become unacceptable. Members continue paying full membership fees while an important amenity remains unavailable. Please fix the sauna or provide realistic timelines instead of repeated delays.
