I’ve noticed that during the summer, the staff regularly clean the equipment, and I really appreciate their efforts. Thank you to the team for keeping the gym clean. That said, I feel that some equipment is still missing, especially machines for squats and arm workouts. It would be great to see more options in those areas. I had a very disappointing experience at the LA Fitness Mount Prospect location today around 12:15 p.m. I signed up online for a 3-day guest pass, but when I arrived I was told I could not use it because I did not have an Illinois state ID. I presented my valid foreign passport and offered additional documents to verify my residency (student ID, proof of address, bank statements), but none were accepted and my online registration was not even reviewed.
