When it comes to gyms La Fitness isn't bad . I've been to a few locations and this one is nice . The showers and bathrooms are clean which is a plus. The only thing I don't like is the fact that they don't have a running track and there's not enough equipment to accommodate the amount of members they have. The traininger services at the Brookhaven location are a joke! DO NOT sign up for anything wtih a contract, you will not be able to get a dedicated trainer who is invested in your success. Its basically a crap shoot. I had to pay 500 to get out of the contract and never received consistent services. This is the typical bait and switch. Trust me - pay more and get a reliable qualified trainer that can be invovled in your fitness goals.
