Excellent fitness center business. I say this because Chaka is a top-notch physical trainer and Raquel's aqua & cycling classes are friendly and fun. Visit location and get a free one week pass.
Hey corporate the young boy you have at the desk on Monday and Wednesday is the rudest person the club has ever had. I think his name is Daniel.
Looks like a newer location,really clean and lots of equipment. No upper level,so you won’t hear the weights being slammed on the floor above you.
Been a member at LA fitness for 2 years now and thanks to Sly I managed to continue coming to the gym more frequently, now I’m gaining weight the way that I wanted to. I appreciate LA fitness for having such an awesome employee along with the lovely friendly staff.
Do not trust LA FITNESS WITH YOUR BANK INFORMATION!!! canceled membership back in September charges to my account supposed to end in Dec.Charges still being made to my account in Jan, asked management at LA Fitness Hamden why? was told I had to go to my bank to stop charges.

The atmosphere and the Personal service; that I received from Greg Alcaro at La Fitness was great. For a young man he is a wonderful manager. La Fitness should be proud to have him on their team.
This LA Fitness has a decent selection of classes and workout equipment, but their customer service after signing up for the membership completely dropped off. This was exemplified when I was trying to cancel my membership. They made every single step of the process difficult. I would not recommend joining this fitness chain.
