The sales and marketing personnel were so eager to get you signed up and pay for it. However, they are very slow at dealing with problems and almost impossible to get your money back for any reasons. Be cautious with what they tell you or promise you.

Yes. I am putting this at a 4-star rating because the General Manager (Sharon) at the Greensburg PA location is very knowledgeable and was bright on a few situations concerning the lifestyle inside the gym and how much work you put into what you do on a day-to-day basis. I might actually consider getting the one membership that is basically $45 a month but the price of the membership is $44.99.
