2 weeks ago my fiancé and I had to put our 15 1/2 year old, Panda, to rest. Everything happened quite suddenly and so we found ourselves panicked and calling around for same-day availability. We ended up in the hands of La Fin, and though at the time it felt like the only option available to us, we are now so incredibly grateful that fate put us with them. As pet owners we are all faced with the reality that one day we will have to say good-bye to our much loved little ones. Thank You Dr Charlie and Melissa for making this very sensitive moment in our lives as perfect as it could be in our own personal family setting. The people I spoke with first (Renee & Kris) I believe are their names, were very helpful, thorough, patient and understanding. Great customer service. One of the most difficult decisions we had to make was setting a date for our Princess Anzu to leave us. She was diagnosed with kidney failure and, they assume from her symptoms, that she had cancer as well. She was my furbaby for almost 18 years.
