We went for the Wednesday Prix Fixe. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The atmosphere was warm and pleasant. We easily found nearby street parking and the meters are free after 6pm. (I used the Park Mobile app.) The highlight for me was dessert - try the Yuzu Semifreddo - olive oil cake, Thai basil granita, yuzu curd … so delicious!!! We went before a New Light Theatre Production at Delaware Opera Studios - only a 4 minute drive away - great evening!!
Loved the cheese board, focaccia, fig toast, duck, pastas and wine. They specialize in small plates and bites. Great spot for a work dinner or personal date spot!
I cannot say one bad thing about this place. The convenience of a parking garage right across the street makes going there easy. No stress. Then the room is just perfect. Noise level is good for a conversation. Now- THE FOOD! Wow. I have eaten at ALOT of restaurants. My friend said I should do commercials for this place. Well it is fantastic from start to finish. We had a group of 6 everything was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their dishes. Lots of care and love coming out of the kitchen.
Visited this restaurant for a birthday dinner and had an overall pleasant experience. Our waitress was exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. The service was efficient, with food and drinks arriving promptly. The highlight of the meal was the fig toast, which was absolutely phenomenal – a perfect balance of flavors.
