I've been a customer here since 2021 and cannot say enough positive things. Trustworthy, informative, fairly-priced, reliable. Glenn is always on time, provides excellent service, and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Denise is always helpful and responsive whenever I reach out to the office. Both are extremely personable and friendly and I'm grateful to continue supporting this great Maine business.

Boiler stopped working on a day that the outside temperature was 5 degrees. Within two hours of calling LaFerriere the needed components were replaced and the problem was solved. Outstanding customer service!

I can think of many reasons to support this family business! They are personable (Denise does reminder calls when you are due for a cleaning AND the night before an appointment), straightforward (Glenn tells you what he would do if he had your heating system), punctual (In the 10 years we have done business, they show up when they say they will), and reasonable (they know how hard you work for your money because they do too!) We have used La Ferriere for close to two decades and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Both Glenn and Denise are the nicest people and are incredibly responsive every time something comes up. Glenn is up front about price and need for services and helped us plan for upcoming work so we could budget it. Again, wonderful people who provide wonderful service!
