Always fail to maintain drainage ditch along Ave C clean of tall grass and trash causing flooding during heavy rains. Such as on 06/20/24.
Very helpful and super clean. They helped me super quick and what’s nice is that they don’t close during lunch.
Poor management, they want you to pay higher fees, but yet you can only access when they open the irrigation water in my case 2 days later and I have to irritation when they say so during the day and they cut off when they want. So we are paying higher fees but our contract is now controlled by them and all because of a leak somewhere that's been over a year and has not been fixed. Life is great right!
