I'm confused how this spa is still open or has any positive reviews? I called twice to inquire about appointment vs walk-in for a mani/pedi (both listed on their menu of services), but no answer. I walk over and it's completely empty except for a woman getting maybe a foot massage? I ask the staffer whether they take walk-ins or if an appointment is required and she says "I don't have anything; I'm sorry." I'm honestly very confused.

This was a very bad experience. The woman giving the mani/pedi was incredibly unfriendly and seemed pretty lost about how to conduct the service. I came in and she immediately told me to sit down, so I had to ask if I could pick my polish first, and she was pretty impatient with me. She gave me a tub of water to put my feet in, and then pushed the table up to do my manicure, so after 10 or so minutes my feet were sitting in lukewarm water while she did my hands.
