Went to this salon as a recommendation from a family member and had a terrible experience. I asked for a root match (my hair is dirty blonde and had 2/3 inches of root) and a trim to get rid of my dead ends and even my hair out. I asked for ash blonde to match my root and the stylist turned my hair bright orange ginger red.. I also don't understand why if we were matching the root she applied the color to my entire head?
