I stopped by this fastener location and was helped by Juan, who was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed and explained the options clearly without rushing me. It’s rare to find great customer service like that these days! I placed my first order and got a confirmation of the charges. My card was charged a higher rate than what I agreed to. It turns out it was for freight but the problem came in when I tried to call to verify the issue. The lady put me on hold mid sentence and the guy that picked up was rude and never did what he said he was going to do. Will NEVER work with them again.
