I placed my first order and got a confirmation of the charges. My card was charged a higher rate than what I agreed to. It turns out it was for freight but the problem came in when I tried to call to verify the issue. The lady put me on hold mid sentence and the guy that picked up was rude and never did what he said he was going to do. Will NEVER work with them again.

Was a walk in customer and was surprised to see such great and quick customer service, even though I wasn't a commercial customer. Will be returning in the future.
