absolutely terrible. does not care about you or your health. called 3 days ago asking for doctor irones to refer me to therapist. they said they’d call me back in a day to help me START scheduling. 3 days later and no word!! “sorry kid we’ll get back to you whenever we feel like it. hope you’re still around after new years and we can try to help” is pretty much what i’m getting. absolute slap in the face. pathetic examples of the people who are meant to HELP the village of lafarge
I have to say the service at this clinic is excellent! Of course I love my Doctor. The receptionist area is top notch, so polite and caring.
I have received wonderful health care here for many years.
Truly amazing that you can have a small-town clinic like this these days, where literally every single person is kind, caring, helpful, and professional. Our family loves this clinic, and can't say enough good things about Erin Swiggum and all the rest of the staff here.
