Honestly, it was the worst experience, they handle your refund isn’t very clear or client-friendly. They use a Republic Bank account where the IRS sends your refund first, and then they send you what’s left after fees and charges. By the time everything was taken out, we ended up receiving way less than we expected — almost about half of our refund. Even if it was written somewhere, there wasn’t a clear explanation of what that would actually mean in real money for us.
