Dr. SAM'S is truly Great. I have been with La Familia for decades and My Long time Dr retired. La Familia has been a Great all around care facility. The Front end and the call center are Responsive when I leave messages. The portal is Nice. It has actually been A Good positive Change for Me. My New PCP Dr. Sam's is well spoken,Educated on OldSchool and New School Medicine. Im sorry but this place shouldn't see any kids under 5 they give me information thinking theres something wrong with my baby and when I switched doctors and went to Arroyo camisa they told me hes absolutely fine and looks great, the doctors at la familia said he would need all kinds of tests when in reality he doesnt hes fine and growing normally... they should focus on other older patients..... Im glad I switched 😌
