Im a 30 year customer of this store, from their previous locations. I've always maintained a good rapport with the owners, even stopping in when I wasn't shopping just to say, "Hello". Today I took 13 packs of braid hair from a clearance rack that was clearly marked, "Clearance all items $3". When I went to the register, the cashier(daughter of the owner) told me, "Those are $4 each". I told her that I got those from the clearance rack. this place had what I needed and the gal who helped me was wonderful she really answered every question and was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products I’m very happy with my purchases and the customer service! I would recommend and I will go here for future purchases!!

I was born and raised in California, but I now live in Texas. I was excited to come back home and visit, but unfortunately, my experience in this store was very disappointing because of an older gentleman who was working there. He was extremely rude from the moment I approached the counter. He tried to charge me $13.50 for an item that was clearly marked $10.00. I always try to support local small businesses, but the customer service here is appalling. I asked the owner a simple question about product availability and was met with extreme rudeness and hostility. It’s incredibly disappointing to be treated like a nuisance just for trying to buy something. If the owner can't handle basic customer inquiries with decency, they shouldn't be in retail. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Had a large variety of hair pieces at reasonable prices. Found a clip on hair piece for an updo for $5.99. They had a wide selection of hair extensions and wigs.
