The old man had the worst attitude. Threw my items on the counter like I wasn't purchasing them. Terrible service and attitude.

I have had a few terrible experiences here. There is an older Arab man who works there and is VERY rude with ZERO customer service skills at all. I should not have even come back to be treated poorly a second time but since black beauty supply stores are not in the Redwood City area I gave it a second chance and definitely regretted it. Not only is the guy rude, they don't have a great selection of products. It's worth it to me to just drive across the bridge or to San jose where the real beauty supply stores are.
