Really helpful with finding policy deals
Maggie was super helpful with renewing my plan, very proactive and nice.
Called the pay my insurance and had a couple of questions about my policy but was on the line with an extremely rude lady who acted like she didn't care about helping me or giving me a better understanding made me felt like it was her way or no way and made me felt she much rather hang up the phone then help a paying customer feel safe and secure with the people that trust them. I'm only putting 2 stars cause the lady who was above her and actually helped made me feel a little better. I hope soon I can give this place the 5 ... read more
