Please do not open a policy with them if you don’t want to spend time trying to communicate with them. First of all the first person that helped me open the policy did a mistake and didn’t add my son to the policy, we had to cancel it and said I would get my money back (part of it) in 2 weeks. I did my claim with my bank but they couldn’t give me the money back since I signed the documents through email they said.
