Full of cow dung. They used to call you the week your payment was due. However, you know when they need to collect more money because you won’t receive a reminder call until your are one day past due and now they can charge you a late fee. Don’t trust them. I seldom have a price go down each time I renew even though I have a perfect driving record and no accidents.
