Terrible experience. My 2022 Honda went into the car wash undamaged and came out of the car wash damaged. It’s been through this car wash multiple times before. While going through, it felt like the car bumped in the track or had resistance and when I got through the car wash I noticed the front left corner panel piece by the hood was bent straight up at a 90° angle. Terrible experience. I just bought a brand-new car and after going through this car wash, part of my paint was taken off. On top of that, the wash didn’t even clean my car properly — it still looked dirty afterwards. I feel like I completely wasted my money, including my very first monthly car wash payment on this car wash which now i want everything in return but damage and frustration. If you value your car, avoid this place.
1st time through left a film on car so went back, they sent us through a 2nd time with deluxe and still left a film and large soap spots. They acted like they knew what it was, obviously they didn't. It took a damp towel and muscle to clean it up. Was all over car.
