I had a bad experience but they made it right First I brought an expensive backpack to be embroidered with my employer's company logo. The employee that helped me made a mistake and never sent proof before the embroidering was done. The logo, the first time was totally wrong but they offered to fix it with a patch. Unfortunately the patch was placed unleveled and not the color agreed upon. The owner was around when this happened and he stepped up and offered to buy a new back pack and do it right.
