I enjoyed for the first time their program and is all a fake but money. They never help anybody.

Wow, walking into an office where they're servicing people of a demographic that are one at a disadvantage with the obstacles of language. They're going to be treated like second class citizens when you walk in the door. Let alone the slow receptionist they can care less what question and the rude attitude to go along with it makes your day. My appointment was at 10:30. It's almost noon.
