Bought my daughter’s school backpack (with monogram) from them. It was awesome quality. But as zippers sometimes do, the zipper got off track just 2 months into the purchase. La di da replaced the backpack and the monogram at no cost!

Love that they have a great selection of sizes. Price is right on point for boutique clothing. Everything seems to be great quality. The staff just showed me the section I asked for but no follow up to help and didn’t say thank you. I would definitely shop there again but I felt it could have been friendlier.
