This 1 star is not for LA specifically, it’s for Amber that works for them. They might be a great company but I guess I’ll never know. I contacted them through their website asking for a quote. Amber sent an email asking if I wanted to set up a date and my answer was absolutely. I have been waiting since March,2022 to get my awning installed. I still don’t have an installation date. I paid them 1/2 down. Can’t even reach them by phone or email. Is my money gone? Don’t use them. Ok now when you dial number it says it’s no long in service. Guess my money is gone
