Excellent Healthcare I have been seeing Dr. Romero for approximately 2 years. She has always been considerate, kind, and listens attentively to any new problems I may have. I was having high blood pressure problems and she referred me to a Cardiologist at New Mexico Heart Hospital with a next day appointment. I have by far received better healthcare treatment and evaluation than anyone else in the Albuquerque area. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!!! Excellent office staff! They are always helpful and very friendly. Dr. Romero and Mr. Steffens are ALWAYS kind and ready to listen. I have some chronic health conditions and they are more than attentive to my needs and issues. I don't know what happened in the previous review but I have never had a problem with my bills, in fact, I've had all my billing match perfectly. I would recommend La Cueva to and do recommend frequently to anyone!
Recommend! Ms. Romero takes her time with me, is very respectful and down-to-earth, offers to follow up with me as I need, calls me with information and offers for me to call her as needed. She made a referral to a doctor who was thorough enough to find cancer. I'd recommend her highly.
Horrible Customer Service First, they did not file correct insurance claim. Second, called to get it fixed and immediately got an attitude from staff and would not listen. Third, double filed my claim for more money from insurance and when called to fix that problem Marissa (nurse practitioner) told me I could find another doctor
