Extremely disappointed. I have ordered from here twice, and both times the food arrived completely damaged and spilled all over the packaging. To make matters worse, the restaurant refuses to pick up the phone when you call to get it sorted. Terrible service and quality control—avoid ordering delivery from here.
Unfortunately, their pasta dish posed a safety issue having been left at room temperature for a prolonged period (I’m assuming from an unused previous order) and poorly reheated in the microwave as the inside was cold. Hardly any mince in the pasta either. Attempted to contact but they don’t have a linked email address on their website so that I can send evidence. On top of this, food took 90 mins to arrive and I’m 5 mins away. Their garlic pizza bread is lovely.
Just ordered 1 hour ago on just eat . Food was meant to arrive at 3:45. Then 4:10. It’s currently 4:30 and no update , no news and no answer in the phone . Horrible experience and rubbish service.
