Was 30 minutes late than expected delivery time, tried calling the shop it goes straight to voicemail so no opportunity to speak to anyone, ordered beef fajita wrap they gave a chicken wrap instead no explanation, the wrap had 2 pieces of chicken nuggets clearly not fresh like they came out of a freezer and wrapped in a tiny bit of lettuce, no “salad” no onions no jalapenos, terrible burger with just lettuce on it and no salad with it, no fries with it when it shouldve came with fries. Joke takeaway do not order.
Ordered a burger with bacon, pepperoni and paid an extra 70p for a cheese topped bun. The bacon was beyond recognisable it was that burnt and the bun had no cheese on it at all. I have photographs as proof. This place is dreadful!
Took about 2 hours to come, rang the shop and all he kept saying was 5 minutes. Food came freezing and didn’t even look edible. Disgusting
Used to order from them all the time, but will never order again. Firstly, my food was 35 minutes late, which isn’t a huge issue as it was a Saturday night and I would have let this slide. Secondly, my order was wrong I recieved popcorn chicken and chips when I’d ordered Jack Daniel’s popcorn chicken. The delivery driver was a lovely guy and tried to help me out as much as possible.
