The only reason this isn’t zero stars is because the pedicure technician was absolutely fabulous — she took her time, did a stellar job, and made me feel cared for. She was very special and I want to acknowledge her work. But everything else about my visit to LA Crystal on Murray Street was a nightmare. The manicure was rushed and careless. I specifically asked for the same white used on my pedicure, and the tech still grabbed the wrong one. I’ve been going to La Crystal for almost a year now, I switch between this location and the one in Gatineau. My girl Sophie always does such an amazing job and I look forward to seeing her every month! I’ve also had some of the other girls there do my nails and they’re just as talented. I drive over an hour out of town every month just to get my nails done here :)
I don’t get my nails done anywhere else! They have three locations which is super convenient, and everyone is so friendly. I book with Sophie every single time! She’s so creative and takes her time to make sure you love your nails. Highly recommend LA Crystal!
I got my nails done by Captain Chan and I couldn’t be happier! He took his time, was very professional, and made sure every detail was perfect. My nails came out absolutely beautiful—I love them! Highly recommend!
I’m honestly so disappointed with my nails. I asked for a simple French tip and they are so uneven and thick on the side leaving it to look chucky and rushed. Having to pay a great amount for something you don’t like is just disappointing.
