This is one of Ottawa gems, I’ve been going there since 2021 never been disappointed. Lately, I discovered Nicki’s art work, she works from this specific location on Cumberland and I’ve been coming back for her ever since. She’s always happy to accommodate you. Felipe is amazing! I had one of the best nail experiences ever with Felipe at La Crystal in Ottawa. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, respectful, and incredibly detail-oriented. I originally asked for square nails with a rounded tip, but after seeing them I changed my mind and asked for a more rounded shape—and he adjusted them with total professionalism and no hesitation at all. I called ahead and booked for an acrylic removal, a Russian manicure, and a new set of acrylics. When I showed up, they had me booked wrong — then tried to blame me for the miscommunication. The nail tech literally tried to gaslight me and say I didn’t specify, even though I was crystal clear on the phone.
