Average I've seen both sides of this newspaper. I've seen it as a subscriber and from a friend who delivered the paper. The deliverer's work hard for little money. They get prank calls and folks saying there wasn't a paper delivered -- then the carrier is docked money. Folks have unreasonable requests like go up a zillion stairs, open their entrance door (why isn't it locked?) and put the paper inside. How silly.
