I had the alarm clock that projected the outside temp at night for about 3 years. When the battery on the outside sensor went out, replacing was not a problem. Eventually, it would not read within minutes. I contacted this company, and their only solution was for me to buy another clock/sensor. Why would I want to do that when the life-cycle is only 3 years? Wasn't impressed with customer relations, solutions, nor (eventually) the product. Apparently they don't even believe in their own product.
