Poor customer service, poor quality of product, they don't stand behind their product, imports imports, imports. They say it's "normal" for dye to come off of leather. This is my son's back after sitting on their dyed couch.

The LaCosse furniture I purchased from Clarke's furniture store in Chillicothe, Mo is of very poor quality. We have only had the couch 2 years, and the seams are all tearing. I tried to contact Lacrosse personally and through Clarke's neither of which was helpful. I'm very disappointed about the amount of money we spent, the poor quality of the sofa, and the customer service I received. I absolutely do not recommend Lacrosse Furniture Co.
They could improve by making better furniture. The dye in the leather recliner is coming off in sections, two bolts have come lose from the raised leg area and a spring that holds the foot rest came off. Very disappointed in Big Bob's selling this poor product.
After going into the Ashley Store and leaving Very disappointed my husband and I went over to Fergerson's Furniture & Appliance in Dodge City. They deal in LaCrosse and the sales people are the BEST! I needed 2 chairs that matched and a sleeper sofa. They only had one chair I wanted and the fabric was no longer available, so they called LaCrosse and had one made with the fabric that matches the sofa. The quality is beyond measure ~ Remember you get what you pay for.
Extremely disappointed! Bought a leather sofa sleeper made by LaCrosse. Was proud to be buying American and from a Kansas company but their leather started breaking down and sloughing off in less than 4 years. The couch was barely used yet every time it is sat on pieces of the cheap leather cover my floor. Called the company and they said the leather is only guaranteed for 1 year. Apparently you don’t have much faith in your product either. Have a lazy boy recliner that is almost 15 years old and it’s leather is in good shap... read more
My husband has had a LaCrosse recliner for 3 years, he really likes it. I of course do not get to use it. :-(
