I had never bought flowers here before...my friend recommended it. I didn't know where they were, but found their phone number easily. The first time I called, I found the person on the phone VERy helpful. In fact, they gave me a few different ideas in different price ranges. My friend loved the flowers they got. I was recently in the store looking for something for my girlfriend. The staff seemed less than friendly or cared to have my business. What really put me off was that one of the staff in the store was practically yelling at another person. Even if they weren't a customer I didn't want to do business with an establishement that treats people like that.
I tried to find this business on-line, don't try, they have no website! The lady on the phone wouldn't listen to what I wanted and kept trying to sell me $75.00 when my budget was $20.00. I am a broke college student!
