I don't live here personally, but my friend has lived here her whole life and it's ghetto. Currently there is a bunch of people going around and breaking into people's sheds and stealing their belongings. People are not friendly.

I've lived here in this park since 2007, the new management company/owner is not to be trusted. Rent keeps going up without any justification .... ZERO upkeep or upgrades. Recently I've been exposed to management not upholding any agreements made with tenants. I would give a zero if possible. If you can get into a different park I would recommend that.

Despite the trailer park staff completely neglecting the tenants. Despite not knowing who owns the trailer park. Despite all the recent unalivings. Despite all the trash all around. Despite the trailer park manager being rude and refusing to help the tenants. It's kind of a peaceful place to live.

I've lived here 30 years WORST it's ever been - Druggies everywhere, Rent has gone up $150 in 2 years (when it was always $10/$20 a year) They are charging us like we have driveways and garages NOBODY to talk too EVERYTHING taken Away ( leaving yard clippings - putting large items up front, common sense from neighbors, ECT...) It's Pathetic
