The doctors is great but dealing with the front office staff is horrible. Trish is rude and has tried to double charge me twice now. The first time she said my puppy got a shot I didn't ask for and tried to charge $26. I asked her about it and she got rude and a vet tech had to come out and stated they didn't give the puppy the shot because I had already give him the shot. This time I tried to book a blood draw which they did for is about 2 months prior for a different dog for $20. She stated they had the test kit. I told ... read more
