If you buy the 20 dollar wash and your vehicle isn't clean, the owner will let you go through it again free of charge. (The automaticwash only) the wand side, it's your fault if it ain't clean cause you're in control of where the water goes. The only issue i have on the automatic side is the bottom 4 inches on my car doesn't clean properly. Don't know if I'm at fault for driving to slow or too fast. Only issue I have.
