I call this place and order chicken w/ shrimp fried rice. My order was ready in less than 10 mins. The staff was extremely welcoming, having a smile on their face as I walked in. The staff in the back was "gainfully employed" working and not slacking or taking breaks. This team is definitely an Allstar Team. The Latino guys in the back cooking and the 2 young black ladies that work the counter need raises immediately. To have the name LA in the restaurant name and the food mostly catered to Asian cuisine instead of authentic Louisiana(LA) cuisine was a misleading disappointment. The TVS were on I assume requested channels, but since baseball is the only thing popping now...its cool. But atleast turn up the music to something that draws people in ... Instead of causally driving by like,"Hmmm...I might go there one day or when did they get over there?"
