Called around 3 PM to see if they could take a walk in. The lady on the phone told me she’s very busy and to come in at 5:30. After driving over, I walk in and she told me she forgot about a family coming in and told me “I’m not sure where you live but you can try coming in again tomorrow.” I understand being busy and making a mistake but she told me specifically to come at 5:30.
