I had an amazing experience at this salon and spa! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was relaxing and clean, and I left feeling refreshed and pampered. They paid attention to every detail and exceeded my expectations. The people who work at this salon is why I continue patronizing it. But the salon itself is dated, needs serious updates in every area and could benefit from a thorough cleaning. The shampoo stations, especially, are supremely uncomfortable and the chairs are rickety.
