And maintenance is over worked and under payed there's 600 mobile homes and only 2 maintenance people

LA Costa Village is a great retirement community.
I guess you've never been down Triann. We are always outside!
I love it here, 4 years now!
Management is stupid and they don't care if something goes wrong in your home. "Sewage backed up? Oh that's not an emergency" Glad to be out of there for good
Outdoor pool is heated, lots of chairs and all have good positioning for tanning!
