Muy bien bonito lugar
They tore out beautiful large trees and replaced them with twigs. Many of these twigs are now dead. We also pay a gardener company half a million dollars to mow the lawns. It's insane. Might as well make the homeowners do it and cut the HOA fee in half. The gardener company lets plants over grow for months, to the point they're blocking half the sidewalk. How is this acceptable? Do better or reduce the HOA fee.
